**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective students and their families to understand their educational needs and provide tailored course recommendations.
- Guide students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Meet and exceed enrollment and sales targets by driving conversions through effective counseling.
- Build and maintain relationships with students and parents to ensure trust and satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the institution’s programs, admissions criteria, and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years of experience** in student counseling or sales roles.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Passionate and patient in engaging with students and parents.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
