**Job Title**: Graduate Trainee

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities:1. Training & Development**
- Participate in structured training programs designed to provide an in-depth understanding of the company’s operations, products, and services.
- Work closely with team leaders and mentors to develop technical and professional skills.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and other learning opportunities as required.

**2. Rotational Assignments**
- Rotate through various departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance, customer service) to gain holistic business insights.
- Shadow experienced staff to learn about specific roles and responsibilities.
- Contribute to day-to-day departmental tasks and long-term projects.

**3. Project Management**
- Assist in planning and executing assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of goals.
- Collaborate with team members across departments to meet project objectives.

**4. Performance Analysis**
- Analyze business processes and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and presentations based on assignments and share insights with leadership.

**5. Stakeholder Engagement**
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand business requirements and build relationships.
- Assist in customer interactions or support initiatives as part of on-the-job learning.

**6. Continuous Improvement**
- Actively seek feedback from managers and peers to improve skills and performance.
- Stay updated on industry trends and developments relevant to the company’s sector.

**Skills & Qualifications:Education & Experience**:

- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

**Technical Skills**:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of business principles and industry knowledge (training will be provided).

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:
