**Interior Designer**

**Location**: Surat, Gujarat

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a talented and dynamic Interior Architect & Business Development professional to join our team in Surat. This role combines creative flair with strategic business acumen to drive growth and deliver exceptional interior design solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
**Interior Architecture**:

- Conceptualize and design innovative interior spaces for residential and commercial projects.
- Create detailed design drawings, 3D visualizations, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring adherence to design specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate cutting-edge solutions.

**Business Development**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, client outreach, and marketing initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to generate leads and convert them into profitable projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Negotiate contracts and proposals to ensure optimal pricing and terms.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven experience in interior design and project management.
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction techniques, and building codes.
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, etc.).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing and functional spaces.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong business acumen and a results-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
