Support Staff

**Job Summary**

Responsible for providing support to technical Engineers.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Work on Fiber Optics cable laying.
- Provide support to Marketing Manager to boost sale.
- Work on Internet Tower to help Technician.
- Participate in the escalation process under the direction of the Team Manager.
- Note and communicate any new/unresolved issues relating to the products being supported.
- Participate in training activities to maintain technical currency, and to broaden product knowledge.
- Extend contact to promote and sell products or services as required by assigned queue.
- Employ a high level of interpersonal and communication skills to move beyond customer’s frustrations and solve customer’s problem.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- No Experience Required.
- Bike with D/L is Mandatory.

**Training**
- **Company Will provide 45 days on field and office training before joining.**:

- **In training period only 3500 stipend will be paid.**:

- **Fuel will be paid as per Company policy.**:

- **No any other allowance or payment will be made for training.**

**Salary: ₹7500 per month**

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
