- Job location: Mohali, Chandigarh
- Package**:18-20k [In-hand] (Depends on your skills and Interview)**:

- Full-time, Work from Office, US Shifts
- US Shift timings: 6 pm to 3 am (Night Shifts)
- 5 Days working during probation
- 5.5 days working after probation
- No holidays during probation (3 months)

**Mandatory skills**:

- Ability to communicate in fluent (written and verbally) English
- Demonstrate accurate numerical and Analytical Skills
- Tech Savvy and proficient in the use of computers.
- Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition and Development**:

- Identify potential new clients through market research and networking.
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to understand client shipping requirements and propose customized ocean freight solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at client companies.

**Sales Negotiation and Quoting**:

- Generate accurate ocean freight quotes based on client needs, including transit time, container type, and applicable fees.
- Negotiate rates and contract terms with clients to secure profitable business.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor pricing to ensure competitive quotes.

**Operational Management**:

- Coordinate with internal teams like operations, customs brokerage, and documentation to ensure seamless shipment execution.
- Monitor shipment status and address any issues that may arise during transit.
- Manage documentation including bills of lading, packing lists, and commercial invoices.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and keeping clients informed throughout the shipping process.
- Proactively identify potential challenges and propose solutions to maintain customer satisfaction.

**Reporting and Analysis**:

- Track sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and report findings to management.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to develop effective sales strategies.
