**About Us**:
**Posh Plasticware** is a growing manufacturer of premium kitchen and household plastic products. With a focus on quality, innovation, and durability, we aim to expand our footprint across retail and distribution networks. We are looking for a dedicated **Field Sales Representative** to join our team in **Greater Noida**.

**Responsibilities**:

- Daily visits to 15-20 shops in assigned market areas (kirana, crockery, plasticware, supermarkets, etc.)
- Pitch and sell Posh Plasticware products to retail counters and distributors
- Generate new leads and open new outlets for business growth
- Take and follow up on orders; coordinate with dispatch and accounts teams
- Ensure product visibility and collect customer feedback
- Monitor competitor pricing and promotions
- Share daily sales and visit reports with the reporting manager

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- 1-3 years of field sales experience (FMCG, plasticware, or household goods preferred)
- Must have a **two-wheeler** and valid driving license (mandatory)
- Comfortable with **daily outdoor market work**:

- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and Google Sheets is a plus
- Must be punctual, target-driven, and self-motivated

**Salary & Benefits**:

- Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- **Travel Allowance** as per market visits
- **5% Sales Incentive** on order value

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
