**Job Title**: Soft Skills Trainer

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver soft skills training programs tailored to diverse learner needs
- Create interactive training materials, role-plays, and activities to enhance learning
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback, participation, and performance metrics
- Offer one-on-one coaching to learners for focused skill development
- Stay current with soft skills trends and integrate best practices into training modules
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for learners
- Contribute to the evolution of Skilltyro’s training offerings with new ideas and insights

**Key Requirements**:

- Education in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum of 1 year of experience delivering soft skills training programs
- In-depth knowledge of communication, teamwork, leadership, emotional intelligence, and related skills
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with an ability to engage diverse learners
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Passionate about learner success and continuous improvement

- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Timing: 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹200,000 - ₹300,000 per year

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
