**Job Title: Store Assistant**

**Job Type**:Full-Time**

**Reports To**:Operations Assistant and Manager**

**Salary**:Range 8000 to 10000**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to the manager.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and storing incoming merchandise.
- Ensure products are correctly labeled and displayed according to company standards.
- Help with regular stocktakes and inventory audits.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate person.
- Collaborate with team members to meet store targets and goals.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights.
- Positive attitude, dependability, and willingness to learn.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Working Conditions**:

- Fast-paced retail environment.
- Standing or walking for extended periods.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
