**Roles and Responsibilities**
- 5 plus years of database administration with at least 2 plus as snowflake admin
- experience with snowflake security, managing roles and permissions
- experience with snowflake backups and restores, manually and using snowflake and other tools
- experience with data and batch loading processes
- strong data modeling and database design skills
- knowledge and experience in working with snowflake db
- hands on experience on development and support of datawarehouse and interaction with data lakes
- understanding of cloud solutions and architecture
- experience designing data solutions on big data environments.
- proficiency with optimization techniques and query tuning
- thorough understanding of software development life cycle
- experience administering a large enterprise database environment
- proficiency in design, administration, implementation, upgrades and monitoring
- communication with key business users and strong communication skills
- should have ability to work independently and groom team members to upskill on snowflake
- have prior experience working on mssql server database development/administration and aws - Role:_Cloud System Administration
