**Role Description**
**We are looking for a dynamic IT Sales Executive** to join our team full-time at our Bhopal office. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, and building strong client relationships. Your primary focus will be understanding client requirements, proposing tailored IT solutions, and achieving sales targets.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT sector.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage client accounts and provide ongoing support as needed.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to align solutions with client objectives.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in IT sales, with expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing, web design, mobile apps, and IT services.
- Experience in Account Management and maintaining client relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and surpass sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
