**Education**:Bachelor's Degree in B tech.

**Experience**:1-2 Years of experience in Manufacturing.
- Production Planning and execution. Adhere to the prescribed production plan and monitor production processes; run, adjust and update schedules as needed. Ensure right supply of materials as per the given plan
- System and performance monitoring and management. Ensure rejection level comes below the norms.Skill development through Skill Matrix for workers skill Development on monthly basis.
- Machine utilization and maintenance.Ensure availability of all mould/ die by planning the preventive maintenance activities to reduce downtime..
- Scrap and defect management.Analysing of scraps & defects as per the norms on daily/ weekly & monthly basis
- New article launch and supply.Ensuring the materials availability for production of new articles are done within TAT.
- Utilisation of machines as per the capacity
- Ensuring the accuracy and maintaining records daily/ weekly & monthly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
