This role involves delivering lectures to undergraduate and postgraduate students (BCA/MCA), guiding student research and projects, contributing to academic planning, and actively participating in the department’s growth through innovative teaching and collaboration.

**Qualification**:

- Master’s Degree in Computer Applications (MCA) from a recognized institution.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Applications (BCA).
- Ph.D. in Computer Applications/Computer Science/IT or a related discipline is mandatory.

**Experience**:

- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience in the relevant field.
- Should have a proven academic track record with published research papers in reputed journals.
- Experience guiding postgraduate projects and academic mentoring.

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Deliver lectures and practical sessions for MCA and BCA programs.
- Design and update the curriculum based on academic and industry requirements.
- Supervise student research, dissertations, and internships.
- Publish original research in reputed national and international journals.
- Organize and participate in seminars, conferences, and academic events.
- Contribute to institutional activities like accreditations, audits (NAAC/NBA), and academic governance.
- Engage with industry for guest lectures, MoUs, placements, and knowledge sharing.

**Skill Set Required**:

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, etc.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics.
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and blended teaching approaches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities.
