- This is a pivotal role within the Finance Organization. Supply Chain Cost is a key focus area therefore, this role is encouraged to be the specialist in all costing matters who know all cost drivers at the lowest possible level, to be able to support management in key decision making. In this role, you will be expected to work on strict deadlines, in a high-pressure business environment while being a good team -player. You should be open to working in any shift as per the business requirement._
- Responsibilities_
- _Standard costing - Annual and periodic refresh's_
- _New Product costing & scenario analysis_
- _Budgeting and forecasting for direct expenses/ factory / logistics expenses._
- _Perform and review month end closing & reporting activities and ensure completion by team members._
- _Manage team schedule to ensure timely and accurate completion of all activities throughout month._
- _Ensure self and team performance as per process SLA's and KPI's_
- _Ensure robust training and cross-training of resources._
- _Independently resolve any process issues or escalations, ensure non repetition of errors / issues_
- _Ensure and improve customer satisfaction by understanding customer expectations and alignment of team's effort._
- _Ensuring successful transition of activities, creation and validation of process workflows, SOP's, etc. as required_
- _Ensuring timely customer sign off on process exceptions, scope of work / team responsibilities etc._
- _Support in Operational Risk Compliance - Process Controls, Risk Assessments and Report Out_
- _Ensure successful completion of all internal/external US GAAP/SOX audits, ensuring regular and timely update of documents and MIS._
- _Responsible for training and development and retention of team members, provide periodic performance feedback._
- _Lead implementation of process improvement ideas, support projects for implementation of new tools & technology_

- Qualifications we seek in you:_
- Minimum qualifications_
- _Qualified Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant / Postgraduate / MBA Finance_
- _SAP / experience in similar ERPs (Oracle / JDE / SAGE / BPCS / PRMS, etc.) environment is must._
- _Good written/verbal communication skills_
- _Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)_
- _Flexibility to work in shifts (24X7)_
- _Ability to multi-task, work in a high-pressure environment and successfully manage stressful situations._
- Preferred qualifications_
- _Good accounting knowledge in both Management Reporting & Financial Reporting_
- _Eagerness, extra energy & dedication to be effective._
- _Excellent communication skill, written & verbal._
- _Good in Problem Solving and Analysis_
- _Knowledge of Blackline tool for Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation_
