**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated **Global Call Executive** to handle international customer interactions and support our global outreach efforts. In this role, you will communicate with clients and prospects across various countries, ensuring high-quality service, promoting our offerings, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction and business growth.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make calls to international clients.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or support issues.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups for the sales or support teams.
- Resolve customers/clients queries efficiently.
- Meet daily, weekly, or monthly call and conversion targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery across regions.
- Stay updated with product knowledge and international market trends.

**Key Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Fresher or experience in a telecalling, international BPO, or customer service role are acceptable.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to handle customer concerns with patience and diplomacy.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or related field.
- Prior experience in international sales or customer support is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of global customer behavior and multicultural communication best practices.
