**What success looks like in this role**:
As Fresher, you will be taking care of the Support and maintenance of Client’s cloud infrastructure. You will work closely with senior engineers to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our cloud-based systems. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in cloud operations and gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure using platforms such as AWS, Azure platforms.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues related to network, storage, and compute resources.
- Implement automation tools and scripts to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.
- Participate in capacity planning and scalability assessments to support the growth of our cloud environment.
- Implement and maintain security best practices, including access controls, encryption, and compliance standards.
- Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to facilitate knowledge sharing and training.
- Stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and industry trends to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

**You will be successful in this role if you have**:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Should have minimum knowledge and training experience in Cloud Operations and infrastructure support.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and architectures.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Skills in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, or PowerShell).
- Knowledge of DevOps principles and experience with automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
