**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Research**: Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure content is accurate, informative, and relevant.
- **SEO Optimization**: Implement best practices for SEO, including keyword research, to improve the visibility of content and drive traffic.
- **Content Strategy**: Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to develop content strategies that support brand objectives, campaigns, and initiatives.
- **Content Editing & Proofreading**: Edit and proofread content to ensure it is free of grammatical errors, typos, and inconsistencies, while maintaining a consistent tone of voice.
- **Content Calendar Management**: Assist in managing and updating the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
- **Audience Engagement**: Create content that speaks to our target audience, encouraging engagement, shares, and interactions across various channels.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all content aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging standards.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with designers, marketing specialists, and product teams to develop cohesive content for campaigns, product launches, and promotions.

**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a content writer, copywriter, or similar role (2+ years preferred).
- **Writing Skills**: Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to adapt writing style for various audiences and platforms.
- **SEO Knowledge**: Familiarity with SEO principles and techniques, including keyword research and on-page optimization.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace; familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- **Creativity**: Strong creative thinking and an ability to generate fresh, engaging content ideas.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to spot errors and inconsistencies, ensuring high-quality and error-free content.
- **Time Management**: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- **Communication**: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Desirable Traits**
- **Adaptability**: Comfort in adapting writing to different tones and formats, from formal white papers to conversational blog posts.
- **Research Skills**: Strong analytical skills and the ability to dive deep into complex topics and present them in a clear, digestible format.

Pay: ₹10,165.86 - ₹25,815.83 per month
