Position Overview:
The Factory Supervisor in the têxtile industry oversees daily operations in the manufacturing unit, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining quality standards, workplace safety, and team efficiency. They work closely with production teams, manage resources, and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Management:
Plan, organize, and oversee daily production activities to meet deadlines.

Monitor production schedules and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Allocate tasks and optimize resource utilization, including workforce and materials.

2. Quality Assurance:
Ensure all products meet company and client quality standards.

Conduct routine inspections and implement corrective measures when necessary.

3. Team Supervision:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of workers to achieve performance goals.

Manage shift schedules and ensure workforce availability.

Resolve conflicts and address team concerns promptly.

4. Operational Efficiency:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient workflows.

Monitor and reduce wastage of raw materials and energy.

5. Safety and Compliance:
Enforce workplace safety standards and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Conduct safety drills and provide training on equipment handling and emergency procedures.

6. Reporting and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of production data, attendance, and equipment maintenance.

Generate reports on production metrics and submit them to management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Textile Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a têxtile or manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of têxtile production processes, machinery, and quality control standards.

Soft Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Other: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Work Conditions:
Factory-based role with rotating

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
