**Key Responsibilities and Skills**:

- 1 - Analysis and design of various Industrial RCC and Steel structural Plants including, pipe rack, platforms in Chemical and Specialty chemicals, Films, fertilizers, Oil and Gas industries,
- Foundations(raft, Piles, micro Piles, etc), Liquid retaining structures,
- Technological Structures
- design of dynamic foundations,
- Stack like Structures,
- Connection Design for Steel structure
- General Civil Engineering works, BOQ estimation, Design of Rigid and flexible pavements, Design of Storm water and sanitary drains, etc
- Master plan layout development, site grading planning
- Understanding of rules and regulations for industrial development
- Exposure to ground improvement techniques and repair and retrofitting works
- 2 Preparation of specifications, tender document, BOQ, Cost Estimate,
- Technical & commercial bid evaluation and recommendation,
- For CIVIL and Structural works and PEB works
- 3 Co-ordination with other disciplines, understanding the other discipline requirements, Architects and vendors.
- PMC design and Document review
- Vendor drawing review
- Review of geotechnical investigation report, NDT test report and retrofitting cum rehabilitation works review,
- Co-ordination with all agencies
- 4 Shall be able to manage the simultaneously multiple projects independently, face the client and contractors to resolve any design issues, Planning the projects activities and assigning the works to the Team members
- 5 Proficiency in various IS codes especially IS: 456, IS:1893-2016, IS:800-2007, IS 875.
- 6 Proficiency in American and British / Euro Codes preferred.
- 7 Proficient in STAAD v8i, AUTACAD, ANSYS, etc
- 8 Imparting the technical training in the Discipline.
