**Responsibilities**:

- **Clinical Duties**:

- Diagnose and treat dental issues, including cavities, gum diseases, root canals, etc.
- Conduct routine check-ups and maintain oral health of patients.
- Perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, crowns, bridges, and implants.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive dental care.
- Develop treatment plans tailored to the patient's needs.
- Maintain patient records and treatment histories.
- **Patient Care**:

- Provide compassionate care to patients, ensuring comfort during treatments.
- Assist in handling emergencies and urgent dental issues.
- Build lasting relationships with patients to encourage regular visits and adherence to oral health routines.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Work closely with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss cases and treatment protocols.
- **Maintenance of Equipment and Clinic**:

- Ensure proper sterilization of dental instruments and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the clinic at all times.
- **Stay Updated**:

- Keep abreast with the latest advancements in dental procedures and technology.
- Participate in continuous learning and training programs.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) or equivalent qualification.
- A valid license to practice dentistry in India.
- 2-3 years of experience in a dental practice (preferred).
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and staff.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing high-quality dental care.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, compassionate and patient-focused.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Post-graduate degree or specialization (MDS) in any field of dentistry.
- Experience with advanced dental treatments (e.g., implants, cosmetic dentistry).
- Familiarity with dental management software.
