**The Opportunity**:
As a Data Architect at Takeda on the Enterprise Data Products team, you'll design data product solutions under the Head of Data Products & Solutions. Your role involves executing the data strategy, ensuring data quality, and setting standards for automated data flow. You'll define the enterprise data management framework and governance procedures while evaluating technology solutions. Your contribution is key to advancing Takeda's data-driven mission.

**Responsibilities**
- Define and manage data architecture standards, including modeling, metadata, security, and master data.
- Develop solution frameworks for complex data integration.
- Lead data modeling efforts, including structure design and transformation logic within DataBricks.
- Translate business requirements into detailed logical data models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture business needs in Logical Data Models.
- Govern data modeling standards, tools, and best practices for enterprise data models.
- Maintain metadata for data models and recommend data and design patterns.
- Drive innovation, process automation, scalability improvements, and infrastructure enhancements for efficient data extraction, transformation, and loading.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- 5+ years of data architecture experience, including designing data assets and products.
- 5+ years of data modeling and design experience for analytical and transactional data.
- Detailed knowledge of data warehouse/Lakehouse technical architecture and ELT processes.
- Proficiency in AWS.
- Advanced SQL skills and familiarity with various databases.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities for cross-functional teamwork.
- Self-motivated, quick learner who can initiate and manage projects with mínimal supervision.
- Adaptable to changing project priorities in a deadline-oriented environment.
