**Requirements**

Lead the recruitment, staffing, and assignment of qualified crew members to vessels, ensuring all crew placements comply with maritime regulations and organizational standards.

Supervise the management of crew certifications, licenses, and mandatory training, ensuring full compliance with international maritime laws and company policies.

Manage and oversee all crew welfare initiatives, addressing concerns and ensuring a safe, supportive, and communicative environment between crew members and management.

Direct the evaluation of crew performance, implementing strategies for training, development, and corrective action to ensure maximum operational efficiency and safety across the fleet.

Manage the preparation, renewal, and compliance of crew contracts, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, work/rest regulations, and crew documentation protocols for smooth operations.

In-depth knowledge of international maritime regulations (STCW, SOLAS, MARPOL, ISM Code, etc.).

**Qualifications**

**Master Mariner (Class 1) certification or equivalent.**

**Minimum 3 years of shore experience in a similar role within the Ship Management or Crew Management sector.**

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
