**Requirements: 2 Profile (Individual Contributors)**
- Mid-level developer: Integrations, composition, encapsulation, and invocable methods (2 - 4 years’ experience).
- Senior developer: Solution design, DevOps, advancing testing strategies - and most importantly, being fully engaged with the rest of the team (5+ years’ experience) **.**

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Collaborating with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and any considerations (security, scalability, limits)
- Developing Flows, Apex Classes, and Triggers, as well as test classes for all custom development and DevOps.
- Custom user interface development, including Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Aura Components and Lightning Web Components
- Use Salesforce APIs to integrate with other systems used in the organization
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices, maintain code documentation, and write / maintain test classes for all custom development.
- Aware of Salesforce Einstein and AI
