We seek a motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive who will operate from our Palakkad Branch.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers in the designated region.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on Yes Yes Roofs products and services.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers and other related market players to generate a health sales channel.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the sale.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Prepare and submit sales reports.
- Maintain accurate customer records.
- Travel throughout the designated region to meet with customers.
- Stay updated with the market trends, competitor activity, and changing demand patterns.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials or products related to large-scale construction.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Tamil will be ideal.
- Knowledge of Steel Structures such as PEB (Pre-Engineered Buildings) and Space Frames would be an advantage.
- A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
