Wanted Tool Maker

**Position : Team Member - Tool Maker**

**Education Qualification: -** NTTF/ DPMD (CIPET) / BE Mech

**EXP**: 5 - 10 years of experience

**Toolmaker responsible**:
1. Preparing the process plan for the allotted tool/mould to meet Standard Specifications

2. Managing and maintaining the critical spares for the mould

3. Assembly of moulds and maintaining them in good condition

4. Analysing the root cause and trouble shooting of moulds and resolving the open points/issues

5. Critical bench work of inserts and matching of parts during mould assembly

6. Should handle moulds with hot runner systems for detailed assembly

7. Usage of hand tools like filing, polishing, debarring techniques, etc.

8. Planning and scheduling as per the requirement.

9. Mould preventive maintenance of existing moulds which are in production

**Other Position Duties**:
1. Reporting the daily/monthly utilization report of the Job Good documentation skills to maintain the relevant documents up to date for audits.

**Technical/Functional Skill Sets**:
1. Good knowledge of manufacturing feasibility and working of CNC Machines.

2. Concept design of moulds and hands on experience in mould assembly

3. Good hands on experience in using basic metrology equipment like TMM, VMS, Digital Height Gage, etc.

4. Knowledge in usage of software like AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc.
