**Position Overview**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Test online surveys for accuracy, logic, and usability before launch.
- Identify and report survey bugs or logic errors to the development team.
- Track and document testing results in designated systems.
- Ensure high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Maintain consistent communication with the team during night shifts.

**Required Skills**:

- Good written and verbal communication skills (English).
- Strong attention to detail and logical reasoning ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Willingness to work **night shifts** (U.S./U.K. time zones).

**Eligibility Criteria**
- Fresh graduates (any stream) are welcome to apply.
- Comfortable working night shifts.

**Shift Timing**
- **Night Shift**: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM IST
- **Work Days**: Monday to Saturday
