**Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Efficiently manage the inflow and outflow of products, ensuring accurate tracking and timely updates.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to maintain optimal stock levels and prevent discrepancies.
- **Customer Service**:

- Address and resolve customer issues promptly, providing excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to streamline communication and improve overall customer experience.
- **Quality Control**:

- Contribute to quality control processes to uphold product standards and ensure customer expectations are met.
- Work closely with the quality assurance team to identify and address any product-related concerns.
- **Packaging**:

- Assist in packaging operations, ensuring products are packed securely and according to established standards.
- Implement packaging improvements for efficiency and customer appeal.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in e-commerce or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, especially in customer-related issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with various teams.

**Additional Skills**:

- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
