**Key Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the stewarding team.
- Ensure all kitchen and dishwashing areas are clean, hygienic, and well-maintained.
- Monitor proper use and storage of cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- Maintain hygiene and safety standards in compliance with food safety (HACCP) guidelines.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of dishwashing machines and other stewarding equipment.
- Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of all kitchen equipment, utensils, and food storage areas.
- Assist in inventory control of cleaning supplies and stewarding equipment.
- Train and motivate stewarding staff to meet performance and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with chefs and kitchen staff to support food production needs.
- Ensure that garbage disposal and waste segregation are done according to company policies.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues promptly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
