QA Trainee

**Responsibilities**:

- Review and meticulously analyze system specifications to understand testing requirements.
- Collaborate closely with experienced QA Engineers to formulate effective testing strategies and comprehensive test plans.
- Execute both manual and potentially automated test cases to evaluate software functionality and performance.
- Evaluate product code against defined specifications, ensuring alignment.
- Maintain detailed logs to systematically document testing phases and record identified defects.
- Methodically report bugs, errors, and irregularities to the development teams for resolution.
- Contribute to the troubleshooting process to address and mitigate any identified issues.
- Participate in post-release and post-implementation testing to validate software stability.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to instill quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

**Requirements and Skills**:

- A strong willingness to learn and adapt, paired with a keen interest in Quality Assurance.
- Familiarity with software testing principles is a plus, but no prior experience is required.
- Basic understanding of project management concepts and QA methodologies is beneficial.
- Exposure to Agile frameworks and regression testing would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in documenting and effectively communicating errors and issues.
- Basic working knowledge of test management software such as qTest or Zephyr, as well as SQL.
- Exceptional attention to detail, a logical mindset, and the ability to approach problems analytically.
- Strong organizational skills, enabling you to manage tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Timings**: 09:30 AM to 06:30 PM (Monday to Friday) and 09:30 AM to 02:00 PM (Saturday)

**Duration**: 06 Months

**Stipend**: 6000/- per month
