**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design, develop, and maintain customised MIS tools and dashboards using **Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and JavaScript.**:

- Create automated workflows and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
- Collect, process, and analyse operational and performance data across departments to generate actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all MIS systems.
- Lead a team of 4-5 team members, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship and support.
- Identify opportunities for automation and digitisation within business processes and design solutions accordingly.
- Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for decision-making.
- Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and regular system audits to ensure functionality and reliability.
- Train end users and team members on newly developed tools and systems.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in **Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.**:

- 2-5 years of experience in MIS.
- Strong knowledge of **Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and advanced Google Sheets functions.**:

- Experience in data visualisation and dashboard creation using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
