Clinical Sales Manger

Must have worked in a skin and hair clinic or in the health sector as a sales manager, counselor, or clinic manager. Sales manager for a skin and hair clinic-To handle new leads, call them and follow up with them and convert them for clinic procedures. Monthly quarterly and yearly targets will be given to achieve.Design and implement business strategies to help the clinic meet organizational goals Manage staff by assigning and delegating tasks as needed Develop protocols and procedures to improve staff productivity Perform daily and weekly employee reviews and provide constructive feedback on their performance to help them meet professional goals Leasing with patients about treatment plans Counseling of patient to convert them in to business. Achieving the giving target within the time frame.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
