Data Entry Operator

The Data Entry Operator will manage employee records, attendance data, recruitment trackers, onboarding documents, and various HR databases. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality, and timely reporting to ensure smooth HR operations across MDJ stores and departments.
**Key Responsibilities**
**1. Employee Data Management**
- Maintain and update employee master data (personal details, documents, ID proofs).
- Update joining, confirmation, transfers, promotions, and exit-related records.
- Ensure all employee files (digital & physical) are complete and well-organized.
**2. Attendance & Leave Tracking**
- Enter and update daily attendance in HRMS/Excel/Google Sheets.
- Track leaves, late marks, overtime, weekly offs, and absences.
- Share daily/weekly attendance summary with HR Manager and Store Managers.
**3. Recruitment & Onboarding Support**
- Maintain onboarding checklists, collect documents, and update induction completion reports.
**4. Reporting & Documentation**
- Prepare MIS reports — attrition, new hires, attendance summary, leave balance, etc.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data at all times.
- Prepare letters/forms (experience, confirmation, warning letters) using HR templates.
**5. Coordination & Communication**
- Coordinate with store HR coordinators, managers, and accounts for data clarity.
- Share updated reports, trackers, and documents as per deadlines.
- Support HR team during audits, recruitment drives, and training sessions.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong command over Excel & Google Sheets (formulas, filters, pivot tables).
- Experience with HRMS/attendance software preferred.
- High confidentiality and ethical handling of employee data.
- Strong coordination skills and disciplined time management.
