Granulation Operator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate and monitor **granulation equipment** such as RMG, FBD, Multimill, and Vibro Sifter
- Perform machine set-up, cleaning, and changeover as per SOP
- Ensure accurate weighing, mixing, and drying of materials as per batch production records (BPR)
- Monitor process parameters and maintain quality standards during the granulation process
- Maintain equipment and area cleanliness and ensure hygiene as per cGMP guidelines
- Coordinate with QA and Maintenance teams to resolve any deviations or equipment issues
- Maintain logbooks, equipment usage logs, and other required documentation
- Follow safety protocols and company quality standards
- Education: 10+2 / ITI
- Experience: 3-5 years as a Granulation Operator in a pharmaceutical manufacturing unit
- Good understanding of **GMP norms**, equipment handling, and process parameters
- Ability to work in shifts and handle responsibilities independently
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to compliance
