Trinity Eye Hospital is looking for an experienced marketing executive to develop and manage relationships with referral sources in the community to promote the hospital's services

He is responsible for the day-to-day running of the Marketing Department and its functions. This position requires a highly motivated, results-driven individual who can develop and build strong, lasting relationships.

**ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Marketing executives in healthcare have the primary responsibility of planning, directing, coordinating, and evaluating an organization's marketing strategies.
- Supervise and coordinate business activities carried out by executives and sub-units.
- Monitor the performance of the marketing executives and provide guidance when required.
- Assist the top management in determining the marketing plans and policies
- He creates an action plan to determine when, how, where, and by whom the marketing activities viz. sales forecast, advertisement, etc. should be carried out to achieve marketing goals.
- Liaise with and manage all external agencies, such as PR, Creative, Online, Media Buyers, and Medical Publications.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge of Hospitals, Clinics, and other healthcare departments.
- Maintain awareness of competitor activity and general healthcare updates.
- Managing relationships with the media and the wider community
- Evaluating the effectiveness of old marketing programs and the viability of new ones
- To explore newer geographical areas and new markets, for customer targets.
- Monthly detailed report of the activity should be submitted to the management

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Bachelor's Degree in marketing and having relevant years of experience in the Hospital marketing field.
- 1 or more years of strong marketing background in healthcare or related industry.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
