**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Development & Lesson Planning**:

- Design and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards for Gujarati language and literature.
- Plan and integrate activities that improve students' reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in Gujarati.
- Select appropriate resources, such as textbooks, stories, poems, and multimedia, to aid learning.

**Instruction**:

- Teach Gujarati grammar, vocabulary, sentence structure, and linguistic skills.
- Conduct lessons on Gujarati literature, including traditional and contemporary texts, poetry, and folk tales.
- Teach students how to write creatively, compose essays, and practice effective communication in Gujarati.
- Promote fluency in both spoken and written Gujarati.

**Assessment & Feedback**:

- Assess students' understanding of the language through quizzes, assignments, projects, and class participation.
- Provide regular feedback to help students improve their skills.
- Keep track of individual student progress and provide progress reports to parents or guardians.

**Classroom Management**:

- Foster a positive and respectful learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
- Ensure discipline in the classroom and create a space where students feel comfortable practicing their language skills.
- Encourage cultural activities that enhance the learning experience, such as Gujarati storytelling, drama, and traditional events.

**Student Support**:

- Provide additional help for students who may be struggling with language concepts.

**Professional Development**:

- Stay up-to-date with educational trends, teaching strategies, and developments in Gujarati language and literature.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Gujarati, Education, or a related field.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

**Skills**:
