Job Responsibilities:

- Meet and exceed branch sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling.
- Guide and counsel prospective students, primarily working professionals.
- Conduct thorough market research and analysis.
- Evaluate and utilize software solutions for trainers.

Skills Required:
Business Development:

- Achieve individual sales targets to drive revenue.
- Present company offerings effectively to potential clients.
- Address objections and successfully convert leads into customers.

Time & Performance Management:

- Track and evaluate both individual and team performance daily.
- Maintain structured reports for ongoing monitoring.

Industry Knowledge & Training:

- Gain comprehensive insights into the education sector.
- Understand business strategies and industry structures.

Networking & Collaboration:

- Interact with leading trainers and industry experts.
- Become part of India's largest trainer association.
- Process Optimization & Visual Management:

- Implement structured visual management for daily operations.
- Develop clear work instructions and guidelines for better efficiency.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
