**Responisibilities**:

- Compliance Management, Risk Management, Process Enhancement, Document Management & Training Management.
- Implement and manage an effective information security compliance processes.
- Develop and review company policies.
- Support Pre-Sales with Information Security queries.
- Advise management on the company’s internal compliance status through detailed reports.
- Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance violations.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Assess company operations to determine compliance risk.
- Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
- Resolve employee concerns about Infosec compliance.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s/Masters degree required
- Work from home/Remote opportunity. But might need to travel when needed (Would involve 10% travel)
- ISO or equivalent Certification in information security standards
- 3 - 5 years’ proven experience in a compliance officer or an equivalent role
- Good knowledge of Process Enhancements, Audit & Compliance and Training Management
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Highly-analytical with strong attention to detail
