**Job Summary**:
A Lexus Sales Executive is responsible for providing a premium sales experience by assisting customers in selecting and purchasing Lexus vehicles. This role involves understanding customer needs, showcasing Lexus models, handling negotiations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities:1. Customer Engagement & Sales**:

- Greet and assist customers in selecting Lexus vehicles based on their preferences and needs.
- Conduct test drives and explain the features, specifications, and benefits of Lexus models.
- Maintain a strong understanding of Lexus vehicles, including hybrid and electric models.
- Provide personalized recommendations and financing options.
- Handle price negotiations and close sales effectively.

**2. Product Knowledge & Presentation**:

- Stay up to date with Lexus models, features, and industry trends.
- Provide detailed explanations of Lexus technology, safety features, and performance capabilities.
- Highlight the luxury, innovation, and reliability of Lexus vehicles to customers.

**3. Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with potential buyers to answer questions and address concerns.
- Provide after-sales support, ensuring a seamless ownership experience.

**4. Sales Targets & Reporting**:

- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales transactions in CRM software.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**5. Brand Representation & Events**:

- Represent Lexus at promotional events, auto shows, and test drive campaigns.
- Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach that aligns with Lexus’ luxury brand image.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- **Experience**: 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably in luxury vehicles.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive financing and leasing options.
- Passion for luxury vehicles and the Lexus brand.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in luxury automotive sales (Lexus, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.).
- Understanding of hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Compensation Package:

- Yearly bonus
