The Lexicon Art Gallery, nestled in the vibrant Connaught Place, Delhi, is in search of a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Art Gallery Assistant. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for art, strong organizational skills, and a desire to contribute to the dynamic world of art curation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Interaction**:

- Greet and assist gallery visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide information about exhibited artworks, artists, and upcoming events.
- Assist customers with inquiries and purchases.
- **Gallery Maintenance**:

- Ensure the gallery space is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Assist in the installation and de-installation of artworks.
- Monitor and report any issues related to the gallery's physical space.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist in sales transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with the gallery manager to implement sales strategies.
- Help promote artworks and engage with potential buyers.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Support the planning and execution of gallery events and exhibitions.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for openings, receptions, and artist talks.
- Contribute to the creation of promotional materials.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist in maintaining and updating the gallery's inventory.
- Monitor the condition of artworks and report any maintenance needs.
- Work closely with the gallery manager to track artwork movements.

**Qualifications**:

- A degree in Art, Art History, or a related field is preferable.
- Passion for art and a basic understanding of art history.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
