Job Title: Solar Technician / Solar Installer (सोलर तकनीशियन / सोलर इंस्टॉलर)

About the Role (भूमिका के बारे में):
We are looking for skilled and responsible Solar Technicians with 1-2 years (or more) of hands-on experience in solar installation, wiring, and maintenance.
हम ऐसे सोलर तकनीशियनों की तलाश में हैं जिनके पास सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन, वायरिंग और मेंटेनेंस का 1 से 2 साल या उससे अधिक का अनुभव हो।

Key Responsibilities (मुख्य ज़िम्मेदारियाँ):
Installation and commissioning of rooftop और ground-mounted solar PV systems.
(रूफटॉप और ग्राउंड माउंटेड सोलर सिस्टम की इंस्टॉलेशन और कमीशनिंग करना)

Perform DC/AC wiring, structure mounting, and module alignment.
(डीसी/एसी वायरिंग, स्ट्रक्चर माउंटिंग और मॉड्यूल अलाइनमेंट करना)

Conduct routine maintenance और troubleshooting of installed systems.
(इंस्टॉल किए गए सिस्टम की नियमित मेंटेनेंस और खराबी का समाधान करना)

Follow all safety guidelines and quality standards.
(सुरक्षा नियमों और गुणवत्ता मानकों का पालन करना)

Coordinate with engineers and supervisors for daily work targets.
(दैनिक कार्यों के लिए इंजीनियर और सुपरवाइज़र से समन्वय करना)

Maintain record of tools, cables, materials used at site.
(साइट पर उपयोग किए गए टूल्स, केबल और मटेरियल का रिकॉर्ड रखना)
Qualifications & Skills (योग्यता और कौशल):
Education (शैक्षणिक योग्यता): ITI / Diploma / 12th Pass (Electrical background preferred)
(आईटीआई / डिप्लोमा / 12वीं पास - इलेक्ट्रिकल पृष्ठभूमि को प्राथमिकता दी जाएगी)

Experience (अनुभव): Minimum 1-2 years in solar installation / technician / helper field
(सोलर इंस्टॉलेशन या तकनीशियन / हेल्पर के रूप में कम से कम 1-2 साल का अनुभव)

Technical Knowledge (तकनीकी ज्ञान):
Solar PV components (modules, inverter, cable, MC4 connectors) की जानकारी

Electrical wiring और tools के उपयोग का अनुभव

Earthing और safety standards की समझ

Physical Fitness (शारीरिक क्षमता): Minimum 6 hours per day site पर काम करने में सक्षम

Soft Skills (व्यक्तिगत कौशल): Team player, punctual, disciplined, and safety-conscious

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
