**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a motivated **Tele Sales Officer** to connect with potential clients and promote our Google Ads services. This voice-based role involves explaining the value of paid advertising, identifying client needs, and converting interest into successful sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound and follow-up calls to potential business clients.
- Present Google Ads services and explain how they support business growth.
- Understand client goals and recommend appropriate SEM packages.
- Handle objections and guide clients through the decision-making process.
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposals, quotations, and onboarding.
- Maintain CRM records with lead details, call logs, and progress updates.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets.

**Requirements**:

- 0-1 years of experience in voice-based sales or telecalling, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
- Strong verbal communication, selling, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or paid marketing is preferred.
- Ability to manage structured sales follow-ups and deal closures.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
