**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ground Maintenance**:

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the facility grounds, including walkways, driveways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas.
- Perform landscaping tasks such as mowing, trimming, and watering lawns, as well as caring for trees, plants, and shrubs around the facility.
- Ensure proper drainage and manage runoff areas to prevent waterlogging or erosion around the facility.
- **Facility Maintenance**:

- Perform minor repairs and maintenance of facility infrastructure, including fences, gates, signs, and other outdoor installations.
- Inspect and maintain outdoor lighting and other essential infrastructure regularly to ensure safety and functionality.
- **Waste Management**:

- Manage the disposal of waste, including the proper handling of recyclable materials and hazardous waste as per company guidelines.
- Ensure cleanliness and order in waste disposal areas, such as dumpsters and recycling bins.
- **Equipment Maintenance**:

- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment, such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, and small power tools, ensuring they are in good working condition.
- Conduct basic preventive maintenance on equipment used for grounds maintenance, such as checking oil levels, sharpening blades, and cleaning tools after use.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Follow all safety protocols while performing maintenance tasks, including wearing proper protective equipment (PPE).
- Identify and report any safety hazards on the grounds or outdoor facilities to the maintenance manager or safety officer.
- **Supporting Production Operations**:

- Assist in minor facility repairs that support solar manufacturing operations, such as handling small tasks related to logistics and movement of materials within outdoor areas.
- Coordinate with the facility maintenance team to ensure grounds maintenance aligns with production schedules and does not interrupt operations.
- **Environmental Compliance**:

- Ensure grounds maintenance activities comply with environmental regulations and company policies regarding waste disposal, water usage, and noise pollution.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
