**Job title**- Process audit executive

**Department**- Audit and assurance

**Job summary**- Process Auditor will be responsible for evaluating and assessing the operational processes of third-party recovery agencies engaged in debt collection for the bank. This role involves ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and contractual agreements. The auditor will review recovery agency processes, identify areas of risk or inefficiency, and recommend corrective actions to enhance performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and protect the bank's interests. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the banking recovery process and legal regulations governing debt collection.

**Requirements**:
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
**Travel**:Willingness to travel to multiple locations across different states as and when required by the role.

**Skills**:
Strong analytical and logical reasoning abilities with a high IQ.
Proficiency in Advanced Excel (e.g., formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, third-party agencies, and stakeholders.

**Location**: Job based in South Delhi; applicants must be willing to work from this location.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Green Park, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 2 years (preferred)
- Internal audits: 2 years (preferred)
