**What You'll Achieve**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Executive to manage the financial aspects of customer interactions, ensure accurate and timely invoicing, and maintain compliance with tax regulations. This role demands effective communication, meticulous attention to detail, and a solid understanding of financial processes.

**You Will**:

- Prepare precise and comprehensive quotations for products or services based on customer requirements.
- Engage with customers to ensure they receive and review quotations, addressing any questions or concerns and providing necessary explanations.
- Collaborate with senior management or team leaders to finalize any changes or adjustments required in quotations, incorporating feedback and revisions in accordance with company policies and pricing guidelines.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation related to quotations Foster transparent communication with customers regarding their financial transactions, and inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service to address concerns and nurture positive relationships.
- Generate regular reports summarizing the status of outstanding invoice history. sharing these reports with relevant stakeholders to support decision-making and financial planning.
- Identify and drive process improvements.
- Prepare GST working and 26AS reconciliation.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Meticulous attention to detail when reviewing and preparing financial documents to ensure accuracy and minimize errors.
- Proficiency in Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, IF, SUMIF, INDEX-MATCH) and data manipulation techniques to streamline data processing and reporting.
- Positive attitude, good communication skills, problem-solving abilities, effective time management, and analytical thinking.
- Education Criteria: BBA / B.COM.

**Desirable Requirements**:

- Knowledge of retail ERP.
- Accounting and Invoicing experience of 1+ year.
