**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver curriculum-aligned, **activity-based and experiential lessons** in History, Geography, Civics, and Economics
- Design and execute **interactive classroom sessions**, simulations, and field-based learning experiences
- Develop lesson plans that encourage **critical thinking, collaboration, and practical understanding**:

- Integrate modern teaching tools (smart boards, presentations, educational videos, etc.)
- Prepare worksheets, assessments, and projects that align with learning outcomes
- Track and document student progress and learning outcomes accurately
- Foster a classroom culture of inquiry, discipline, and respect
- Collaborate with other teachers, attend school events, and participate in professional development programs
- Maintain academic documentation in line with **ISO standards**

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in History, Geography, Political Science, or related discipline
- B.Ed. (mandatory)
- Minimum 2-5 years of teaching experience in a CBSE-affiliated school
- **Dedicated educator** with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to students’ growth
- Proponent of **experiential learning, hands-on activities**, and student-centered pedagogy
- **Practical and innovative in teaching approach**:

- Self-motivated, proactive, and open to introducing **latest trends and tools in education**:

- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and school leadership
