Should have knowledge & experience in handling various equipment chemical reaction specially Bromination, hydrogenation, reduction, distillation, etc. Should have knowledge & experience in handling independently shift to achieve production Responsible for carrying out production operations as per the instructions and planning's Should have experience in handling various chemical reaction specially Bromination, hydrogenation, reduction, distillation, etc. Manage within labour and operating expense budget Coordinate material packaging ensuring safety, quality and productivity while minimizing waste Meet the productivity, quality, safety, health, environmental and morale goals established for the site Supervision of all production activities on floor of manufacturing plant Sampling of in process, intermediates, finished products.

Follow cGMP rules, Documentation(Maintain BPR's, Equipment Logbooks, Cleaning records )Responsible for updating BMR in the same section.He should be able to do production planning, production coordination and reporting to management.Documents production by completing forms, reports, logs, and records of equipment and batches.Maintains safe and clean work environment by following current good manufacturing practices (cGMP), and standard operating procedures; complying with legal regulations; monitoring environment. Co-ordinating to other related departments.

Quick Learning Skills would be a prerequisite for your success in our Organization. Having hands on experience and skill of trouble shooting with serious understanding of DATA INTEGRITY - would be the need of this engagement. EXPERIENCE OF HANDLING WHO/US FDA AUDITS, is essintial.Should be having sound technical knowledge, skill of Planning, Monitoring and Control.
