Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Share info about our courses, admission, and partner universities.
- Maintain timely follow-ups and accurate documentation.
- Handle queries professionally and guide prospects with care.

**Requirements**:

- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling or customer service
- Excellent fluency in English + one regional language
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Background in education or EdTech is a plus

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
