**Role Description**

Job Title: Remote Full‑Time Video Editor (Motion Graphics + Multi‑Brand)

Location: Remote
Employment Type: Full‑time

**Salary**: ₹40,000 - ₹45,000 per month

**Role Overview**

We’re hiring a talented Video Editor who can take raw footage, written content, podcasts and concepts — and turn them into polished, engaging videos. You’ll be responsible for editing video content for four of our brands, creating motion graphics, and delivering finished assets optimized for social, web and long‑form channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Edit and deliver high‑quality videos from raw footage shot by our cameraman (events, gyms, interviews, B‑roll, etc.).
- Convert written content (blogs, articles), audio (podcasts) and rough concepts into engaging video formats (shorts, reels, long‑form).
- Design and animate motion graphics, lower thirds, intros/outros, transitions and simple VFX as required.
- Color grade, mix audio, and ensure consistent visual and audio standards across all brand outputs.
- Create platform‑optimized versions (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, website) and export in correct codecs/resolutions.
- Collaborate with content creators, brand managers and the creative lead to meet brief and deadlines.
- Maintain an organized project file structure and deliverables (masters, exports, thumbnails).
- Manage revisions, incorporate feedback, and maintain good version control.
- Suggest creative storytelling approaches and help shape video concepts.
- Stay updated with video production trends, editing tools, and AI‑assisted video workflows.

Must‑Have Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of professional video editing experience (agency, studio, or in‑house).
- Proficient with industry‑standard software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, and audio tools (Audition or equivalent).
- Strong motion graphics skills — ability to create clean, brand‑consistent animations and templates.
- Proven ability to convert written and audio content into compelling visual stories.
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
- Good audio editing and color grading skills.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating a range of edits (social clips, event coverage, long‑form, motion graphics).
- Reliable high‑speed internet connection, personal computer capable of professional editing, and necessary licensed software.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work remotely with mínimal supervision.
- Time‑management skills and ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Nice‑to‑Have / Bonus Skills
- Familiarity with AI video tools and video‑model workflows (e.g., generative/assistive tools for editing, upscaling, voice‑overs).
- Experience working with fitness/health/wellness brands or event coverage.
- Basic knowledge of photography and camera workflows (logging, proxy creation).
- Experience creating motion templates for repurposing across brands.
