**Key Responsibilities**
- **Administrative Leadership**:

- Assist the Principal in daily school operations and decision-making.
- Coordinate with department heads to ensure the alignment of educational programs with the school’s goals.
- Manage the school’s schedule, including academic calendar and events.
- **Academic Oversight**:

- Monitor and evaluate the quality of teaching and learning.
- Support the development and implementation of curriculum and instructional strategies.
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for staff.
- **Student Management**:

- Oversee student discipline and ensure a positive school climate.
- Address student and parent concerns promptly and effectively.
- Promote extracurricular activities and student engagement.
- **Staff Supervision**:

- Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation of faculty and staff.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to teachers.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Build strong relationships with parents, community members, and stakeholders.
- Represent the school in various community and educational forums.
- Coordinate with external agencies and organizations for student development programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
- At least 5 years of teaching experience, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of educational administration and school management.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional leadership.
- Proficiency in using educational technology and management software.
- Demonstrated ability in conflict resolution and problem-solving.
