**Key Job Description**:
v In-process checks in manufacturing and packing area for manufacturing & review of process documents stage-wise and Line Clearence

v To perform the IPQA related activity in SAP

v Performing in process checks (IPQA), Filling, sealing, visual inspection and its packing activity.

v Line Clearance

v Line clearance Manufacturing & Packing areas.

v In _process checks_:_ - Friability, weight variation, thickness of tablets, checking of RH & temperature of area.

v In process in packing: - Leak test, visual inspection of packing line, sealing testing, RH.

v Verification of dispensed raw material.

v In process monitoring.

v Investigation of incidents and its root cause identification and review of incidents in manufacturing area.

**Requirements**:
Qualification : M.sc & B. Pharma

Total Years of Experience : 4 - 6 Years

Experience in Zydus : 1 year
