Supervise and manage daily operations on the construction site.
- Site management and daily reporting will be done in the office.
- Coordinate with client regarding any issues that arise on-site promptly.
- Monitor work progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Coordinate and oversee the work of subcontractors and employees.
- Ensure all work is performed according to the project plans, specifications, and safety standards.
- The job involves inspecting the site regularly. All site-related tasks must be executed on time with proper coordination of laborers. It is essential to verify whether the correct materials are being delivered to the site.
- Once materials arrive, the receiving copy must be signed and stamped by the client.
- The site must be handed over within the scheduled timeframe. Additionally, the person must ensure that no materials are being stolen from the site.
- Regular communication with clients is also required to ensure smooth coordination and updates.
- Conduct regular inspections of the site to identify safety hazards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, inspection and any incidents or delays.
- Communicate effectively with the project manager, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Review and interpret blueprints, plans, and other construction documents.
- Require travel across India to where the project will take place. Be able to relocate and be prepared to be stay on site.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
